Benefits of Monitoring
Research has proven the most signficiant reason professionals, such as doctors, pilots, and others, have had such a high success rates in recovery from alcohol or drug problems, psychiatric problems, etc, is monitoring. Over the past 30 years these programs have reported success rates as high as 96% abstinence over 5 years or more. PMI exist to provide a simple and inexpensive mechanism for long-term monitoring and we believe it will result in much higher success rates. If you would like to develop a monitoring agreement we can help. If you are already have a monitoring agreement and wish to use our program for tracking your recovery and well-being we are happy to assist you as well.
It is simply a fact that long-term monitoring and continued supportive care improves outcomes. We believe our program and the web-based software we use for monitoring will assist you and be convenient to help document your successes.
Our goal is to provide a convenient and inexpensive way to setup a long-term monitoring plan and/or contingency contract, and to carry it out, with proper reporting and support. We believe this will benefit you.
How it Works
PMI can monitor individuals to provide reports to anyone who needs confirmation that they are complying with recommendations (e.g. "staying sober," keeping appointments, participating in recommended groups, etc)
If you are an individual who needs monitoring and you do not yet have a monitoring agreement please click on "agreement" above. Read the agreement and contact us if you have questions. Once completed and signed fax the agreement to 877-638-6599. If you already have a monitoring agreement you'd rather use fax it instead but be sure we receive your contact information (address, phone, and birthdate). Once we receive a signed agreement we will setup your account which you can then activate and begin testing.
